Tom and Joyce Sinkule are the owners of Spruce Haven, Inc.  Together we have been developing various types of real estate for the past twenty years. Tom & Joyce are also the owners of Sinkule Real Estate, Inc.

Tom's Experience

• Developed 461 acres during the past 36 years
• Real estate broker for 37 years
• Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) 20 yrs.

Joyce's Experience

• Plan Commission member for the Town of West Point, Columbia County (10+ years, retired)
• Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser (12 years, retired)
• Real estate broker for 25 years.

Today we are concentrating most of our time and effort in our Baraboo Project.  We are very excited about being able to provide lots so close to one of Wisconsin's finest natural areas, Devil's Lake State Park.
